Booking and Cancellation Policy
At Hidden Paths Adventures, we strive to offer flexible and customer-friendly booking policies. To secure your spot on one of our adventures, a deposit of 20% of the total trek cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the commencement of your trek.
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the trek will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 15-30 days will incur a 20% cancellation fee, and those made within 14 days are non-refundable. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or political unrest, we offer the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
